This sill opossum can’t wait to hang out with you! It is a wall hanging artwork measuring approximately 15” long and 11” wide
This special opossum is from a series of wall hangings I made for a recent gallery show in Baltimore. It is made of sewn & stuffed cotton muslin fabric that was painted with watered down acrylic paints. There is wire inside the limbs. It has a small thread loop on the back of it’s tail so it can be hung upside down on a wall for display. **please note this guy is one-sided (and looks strange from the back!)
It is entirely unique, weirdly wonky, made with love by my two hands!
Please look at the pics closely before purchasing. Because it is a painted work, it has a slightly rough feel—not for snuggling and not for children.
